In 2019, a kind-hearted man, Wang adopted a disabled stray dog during his journey to inner Mongolia and took him to travel for about 7,000km. Wang named the dog Ku Gua, or "bitter melon", wishing him only sweet things happen in the future after all the bitter things that happened in the past.
Actually, the wish already came true when Wang decided to adopt him. Ku Gua gained weight from only around 5kg to over 15kg now and happily running every day with the wheelchair Wang customised for him.
