O is off I is on, light switches and all switches have always been this way.

Open the lid and put ON button inside

If you lift up the lid to the cleaning catcher it will tell you what the beeps mean. I think the battery has had it. So you might need to get a new battery

@@therealbroadcasts I moved the switch to I, and all of the sudden the beeping stopped and the charge process begins. Not sure if this will fix the issue, but its promising.
