I’ve been snowboarding for almost 20 years with a prosthetic (BK) and owned this for 4 years now for snowboarding. It’s nice having a dedicated sport specific foot and the relief on my knee has been helped a lot when laying down a carve. I added a torsion adapter so the transitioning from edge to edge was more forgiving. I wish this had a shock integrated into the pylon and the main shock had damping and rebound control. Overall the ProCarve has improved my riding, and I looking forward to getting something lighter and geared specifically for snowboarding. That thigh brace in the video looks sweet.

I've been a BK snowboarder for 26 years, and I learned the same year I lost my foot (1995.) I currently use a Fillauer All Pro foot, and I remove my snowboard boot's inner liner in order to fit the prosthesis. Works great, and I've never felt like I needed something more. I have an Ertl stump, so I can take impacts no problem. I'm curious what this foot really is doing , versus an ordinary foot. From what I can tell, it looks like when you push your weight onto the ball of your prosthetic foot, the foot stores that energy and returns it after you relax the toe pressure? Seems like a good idea, and it would be interesting to test/evaluate.
