Ein Allerwelts-Prozess. Das einzig japanische daran ist, dass er in Japan stattfindet. Aber letztlich macht man das überall auf der Welt genau so.

This missed showing the pre-stressing of the long steel-rods that they fit into the steel rings at the top and the bottom, no?

Есть мнение, что предварительное натяжение работает только с тросами. В данном случае арматуру натягивают, чтобы она не провисала в опалубке. Да и не нужно это в колоннах, потому что они испытывают нагрузку на сжатие.

interesting water separation and drain. looks like its done before the concrete hardens seems risky
@m0rthaus6 ай бұрын
If you look at the screen of the computer controlling the centrifuge - it ramps up slowly from 250 RPM all the way to 1530 RPM. I'm not sure the exact radius of the concrete pipe they're working on, but it looks to be at least 20cm (40cm width total). That would mean it's spinning at a Relative Centrifugal Force (RCF) - equivalent to 'g force' of 523g. The human circulatory system fails in fighter jets at about 5g. At 523g's there isn't any significant amount of water staying in the cement (or vice-versa) before they pour out the excess.. don't worry, they've done the maths and science prep already.

Why main rebars loose or not prestressed? Anybody could explain?
@demef7587 ай бұрын
Why wasn't the tension of the rebar shown? This step is very vital to pre-stress the concrete. Without it, a long thin concrete tube like this will collapse with very little load.
@the48thronin607 ай бұрын
How many times have you seen concrete fail in Japan? A lot? Or almost never since the earthquake in Kobe. Why don't you go on a chinese construction page and talk shit? Do you think the guy that made this video runs the company? You're a troll.
@fabr57476 ай бұрын
Because it^s not ! Who said these or pre-stressed? The problem of long thin ones is instability. But the instability isn't a problem as those are set into the ground, and with the loading of the terrain around, it stabilises the piles.
