Most of the underground sewer and drainage pipes are buried underground, in the city layout made of reinforced concrete pipes. Called reinforced concrete pipes because of this mixture of cement, reinforced with a series of steel rods in it to increase structural strength. Reinforced concrete pipe or RCP (Reinforced Concrete Pipe) is a concrete material that is useful for waterways, has almost the same specifications as box culverts and u ditch.
Apart from reinforced concrete pipes, for the purposes of smaller drains, we are also familiar with culverts or bases which are produced without any iron bone in them or are known as NRCP (Non Reinforced Concrete Pipes). RCP pipe products are more specifically for heavy weight requirements and NRCP is used for lighter load requirements.
In this video, production engineering will invite you to see the process of making reinforced concrete pipes in modern factories.
