At 2:35 the operator was reaching into the machine while it was running even though it was equipped with light curtains. I wonder how many other safety systems were bypassed?

Хороший вентилятор. Но это вентилятор средних размеров, а отнюдь не "мощный" вентилятор.

Вообще-то, мощность задаёт мотор. Думаю, там моторы стоят , раза 3 мощнее чем совковские, при одинаковой массе.

@@MrAntoxa01 А что ты, собственно знаешь про "совковские" моторы? Подозреваю, что ничего... Для таких вентиляторов большое значение имеет диаметр рабочего колеса. Исходя из этого - это вентилятор средней мощности.

@@user-fc3sp7lb9h лично собирал подобные вентиляторы. Только всё делали вручную. Будущий корпус -обечайка. Место для крепления движка-стульчик. На каждый вентилятор идёт свой электромотор. Диаметр рабочего колеса тебе ничего не даст, если мотор будет слабый. Не сравнивай моторы с советских времён с современными. У них КПД выросло в 2, а то и в 3 раза. С таким двигателем можно намного увеличить мощность входящего потока. Маленький, но можный вентилятор.

@@MrAntoxa01 КПД электромотора - 90%. Если КПД вырос в 2 раза, то 90х2=180% - 180% ! да это - вечный двигатель. Если Вы собирали вентиляторы, то продолжайте их собирать. А цифры - это не Ваше

Молодцы! Вот только у нас на предприятии процесс сборки барабана отличается, мне кажется он более проще и эффективней, да и после сборки колесо не было кривым, не смотря на отсутствие столь крутого станка, сразу балансировали и в сборку. Делали от 200 до 400 диаметром, больше диаметр уже сварщики собирали.

It's no wonder they're so expensive lots of hand work the expense of just making one fan involves seven or eight large dedicated machines. If someone comes up with a robust injection-molded high output fan they're going to make a fortune.

기본적으로 프레스나 압착 등의 장비는 두손버튼과 손이 내부로 들어갔을 때 장비자동스톱을 윟 커튼센서가 함께 쓰입니다.
