Process of Nissan restoration after serious front crashed

Car owner just used his car 3 months time and gotta crashed. Almost total lost vehicle. Finally we got it back.
Repaired it just below USD15k.
Serious accident with broken 3 air bags and 4 seat belts.
The repairing taken longer time.

Очень круто делает, не знаю конечно на счёт жёсткости кузова и как будет держать повторный удар, но сделано очень чётко 👍 И само главное, практически не видно, что автомобиль был в серьёзном кузовном ремонте

Good for them, but really. Hacking together a bunch of totals? Replacing a firewall or the whole back half? Must be lots of cheap parts and a demand for rebuilt cars across the ocean.

Buy him a spot welder. Better and quicker than all the plug welds, and use more safety gear. Good work though

Where are you getting those deformed skelethal frames that you are removing and replacing? Are those readily available in shops in your country or you are fabricating it in-house? In my own understanding every car model has its own frames so its not readily availably and its not easily found, not unless you have contacts and access in every car assembly plants ..... Thats insane!....

Isn't it insane police seize cars for no insurance insurance companies should crush all catagory S vehicles no questions then donor cars will not be stolen insurance rates won't be so high because of all donor cars stolen to order it's a snowball effect

They didn’t do a good repair on the floor, and firewall, and here in the US any wrinkle on a frame rail is immediate replacement

The best part is they sell it to customers who are blindsided and pay good prices for damage cars which are resold in other countries as Reconditioned cars.

There is absolutely no way in hell that death trap would be squared up. At the very least it should have been repaired on a factory approved jigging system or a laser aligning system. You can make anything fit if you belt the absolute living daylights out of it with a sledgehammer. Good luck getting a wheel alingment done. And I speak from over 40 years in the smash repair industry.
