XG Xtraordinary is a Japanese Global girl group. XG prefers not to be called a K-pop group.

XG Xtraordinary made their debut March 18th 2022, with the release single Tippy Toes. 7 members all sings and speak 3 languages. Japanese, Korean and English. 4 of the members are rappers too.

XG I XPOP not KPOP. They are all Japanese. They self identify as Hip Hop and R&B.

The are no other groups doing things like XG (Xtraordinary Girls). They are all Japanese. 2 members are mixed. They were created and trained in the kpop style but they are aiming for a global audience. The use English in their singles because they don't want to be labeled kpop or jpop. Of the 7 members, 4 are rappers and 3 are vocalist. Though the rappers can also sing very well. And they all are great dancers. There are no weak link members. They could all be successful individual artists. They have 9 group singles. They also have side projects they do to highlight and let the individual members get more shine. There is the "Tape" series that focuses on the rappers (1, 2, 3a and 3b) and the "Vox" series that highlights the vocalists (1 - 5). They all have videos.
