Third, you're right when you said their sound is like Gospel since some described their voices as "celestial" while some dubbed them as "Vocal Gods." Fourth, the guy who forgot the lyrics in the beginning is Peniel. The rap that he did was originally done by a former member, Ilhoon, so it's quite understandable why he kinda forgot it. Last but not the least, YES, you should check out their other songs and I guarantee, you wouldn't be disappointed. Their albums are the "no-skip album" kind. Their voices as so great that they kill every performance even when they are fooling around, and the harmonies that you liked so much comes naturally to them that they can do it impromptu. He's battling with hair loss due to alopecia. So, this is one of the longest hair style he had. Before this he goes with buzz cut all the times. But now, he's getting better and better. BTOB (bee-to-bee) stands for Born to Beat..an 11 year old self-composing & producing group and is known as the ballad/vocal/harmony kings of kpop. Debuted in 2012, initially consisted of 7 members (4 vocalists & 3 rappers) but all 7 can sing, rap & play instruments. They have a very diverse discography from dance to jazz, pop, rock, ballad, neu funk and they are not afraid to try new things. Their music is hard to categorize that BTOB is a genre in itself. A couple of years ago, their main rapper, Ilhoon, was involved in an issue and had to leave the group in 2020 that's why now they are just 6. From left to right: MINHYUK: main rapper/vocals, composer/producer, dancer, athlete, actor SUNGJAE: lead vocalist, an actor, the youngest, model/endorser EUNKWANG: leader, oldest, main vocalist, Cube Exec. Dir., musical actor HYUNSIK: lead vocalist, powerhouse belter, composer/producer CHANGSUB: lead vocals, intro/ending fairy, musical actor PENIEL: lead rapper, dancer, Korean American (born & raised in Chicago) Yes, Peniel forgot a bit of the rap he was saying..can't blame him though..that song was in 2013 and he was rapping Ilhoon's part (the member that's not with them anymore) so it's understandable if he forgot some lines coz it's not even his rap in the 1st place. And I like the fact that they didn't edit out this mistake to show that they're human & sincere & it's normal to make mistakes. I"LL BE YOUR MAN is a very intense & vocally challenging song. It is their title track from their album, New Men. If it sounds familiar, you may have heard some groups make a cover of it..and Stray Kidz made a cover of this during Kingdom: Legendary War. (While BTOB made their version of Stray Kidz' Back Door) BTOB has so many songs, both ballads and upbeat and I can say that almost ALL are so good. They have made a comeback last month with their 12th mini album with the title track WIND AND WISH..a really beautiful, feel good song..hope you can check it out. BtoB is one of the most chaotic and hilarious groups in kpop...they can also sing like angels. 😍 HIGHLY recommend watching them (and all the other amazing groups) on Kingdom: Legendary War. also, if they ever sound "off key", they're not...the show actually had to tweak their mic settings because they're voices are too powerful/loud. lol. lastly, "pray (i'll be your man)" is a notoriously difficult song to sing live...and they nail it every. single. time.

Changsub --- born 1991, lead vocal to main vocal, free style rap, musical actor (in various musicals too), CEO in his own music center, loves rock songs Peniel --- born 1993, from Chicago, rapper, aspired singer, into podcast (Get Real), a photographer (Penography w 2 exhibitions alr), lyricist, BTOB's English 'teacher', suffered hair loss when he went to Korea and became an idol (stressed and weather change). He can also be a director of films. This guy has a lot of potential, has KZfaq channel called POV or Peniel Official Vlog. Originally BTOB has 7 members. Ex-member name is Ilhoon. He was their main rapper, a producer, composer and lyricist. He left the group in 2020 but please don't hate him he just having a hard time of his life. Cube close the deal for them to become one. ****Peniel forgot the line bc originally it's Ilhoon's and it's an old song. it's also not a surprise bc even the main vocalist Eunkwang forgot his own solo song. Once Peniel did say just like Eunkwang he also forgets the song verses esp right after they stop the promotion period LOL. It's just natural of BTOB to happen. No big deal at all, real fans knew. All members finished military except Peniel who is American. Sungjae went to enlist when he was 25 and at the pick of his and the group's carrier so they can be together for their 10th anniversary which was celebrated last year. I highly recommend their immortal Songs performances as well as their cover of "cold". It's my personal favourite. Eunkwang (the one in navy blue) also performed on immortal songs with his mother. The guy with the Lance haircut is Peniel, pronounce as /pee-kneel/ and the mistake he made at the third song was originally sang by their 7th member, Ilhoon, who left the group in Dec. 2020. And the song was like 11yrs. ago and I can say that is an okay mistake. Ill be your man is their song and you probably heard or watch Stray kids ver. of it in Kingdom because they remake it as a mission. Blue moon(Cinema ver.) is a remake from one of their song and it was also performed first in Kingdom as a mission since their fans wants to see them perform that song in the said show.

Thank for this reaction... BtoB is one of my favourite K-Pop groups... Somewhere I read that they were usually planned as an acapella group. And also they are really well trained singers. I guess two of them Majored in Practical Music (Hynsik and Chansub) and also two of them are often playing in Musicals (Eungkwang and Changsub). (Sorry about my englisch i am german)

As someone who has sung in gospel choirs, I agree that their harmonies and their spirit sound a lot like gospel music. Also, the lyrics to many of their self-composed songs are very encouraging.
