@@LifeofLiam I think you’ve got a great point, I think even though I love the houses in Cali the taxes and stuff would be to much and unsustainable. I’ve found some nice Georgian houses in St George’s Hill and Wentworth U.K., different style but they can be very nice and the tax wouldn’t be near as bad.

Hey michael. I have been in this house a few times as my wife is considering it. I laughed when you were in the master bedroom looking to see if tv swiveled over so you can see it from bed. You actually missed the tv that comes from the ceiling in front of the bed

This house is absolutely perfect, I love when an architect has the rare ability to design a contemporary house with just the right proportions and everything is scaled the right way so it doesn’t feel empty, cold, lifeless and overwhelming like most contemporary houses do. Also it doesn’t have that bachelor party pad vibe to it and can perfectly be a forever home.

@@amodingoluka no, the public registry on those houses is protected and nobody but the owner has access to the blueprints, also I’m sure the design firm has it too the digital files for record purposes. But any competent architect can recreate a blue print based on the video and some top/aerial photos you can find online. last thing... every house in the hills is created specifically for the plot of land where is being built so recreating the same house in another topography is almost impossible without a million adjustments and modifications.

Large and yet so liveable and practical. A dream of a house. Superb job by the interior designers and construction team, The metallic gold colour inlayed into the master suite's Venetian plaster is my favourite detail.

@@qaching because people get jealous. I'm rich, just saying as it is. Got an 900k home and investing another 50k (euros) in it to redo the backyard and build a swimming pool. Most friends i have are friends from way back and except some, most left me last few years because of my increasing wealth. It sucks tbh. Either they except me to pay for basicly everytime we plan to do something or just straight up complain and act almost insulting towards me.
