Mam, maine agaro regency 12lt air fryer liya hai. Koi bhi recipes bna rha hu sirf uper se fry ho jata hai ander se kacha reh jata hai. Uper se itna fry hua khane me bhaut kadak lagta hai. Any solution please

Aap low temperature per pakaiye ...jaise ki agar aap cutlet paka rahe hai toh 160 per pakaiye aur jab ek taraf pak jaaye phir usko palat kar rakhiye ..bahut achaa pak kar taiyaar hoga
