He is brilliant and *completely* right on every point throughout the entire presentation. Sadly, you can tell by many of the questions asked that some people are too invested in their poor practices and understanding to be open to doing things in a far better way. Thank you so much for posting this.

Yeah, like the project manager that raised his handat the 1:00:00 mark and got burned by Marty. Someone should have gotten him some burn ointment for that one!

My favorite part about the talk might have been about reference customers. I did this for our startup, Specdrums, and it proved to be incredibly valuable.
