If you're beginner at water colors, this isn't a terrible set. Especially if you're not sure that you're going to love it. But if you're a seasoned or even intermediate water colorist, a better quality set probably is better. Craft supplies are an investment and you don't want to be throwing away money on something you may not love. I approach alcohol markers in a very similar way. I started off with a mid rage marker - Spectrum Noir- not the most expensive, but not the cheapest either, and I fell in love with coloring. I began my Copic collection almost immediately after that, but i would never recommend starting with Copic, even though I think they're fantastic.

I'm certainly not disappointed with the chroma. They're a great watercolor brush pen for the price 😀 and I'm happy you agree.

That's so sweet of you to say. I'm happy you're enjoying yourself. That means a lot. I do have the glimmer hot foil system, and I've been holding off on the better press (although it has been hard not to just get it). Spellbinders alway has so many fun things. They'd take all my money if I'd let them 🤣. I have plans to start running one more video earlier during the week, which uses products other than dollar tree but it's still going to be geared toward either affordability or using older products to get trending themes.
