Just a small suggestion: A partition of the screen where we can see the points stated by Eshaan in bullet points or a summary of the points out forward by Eshaan would have been a great help. Thank you for the session it was enriching indeed.

This was quite a problem statement and really liked how Eashan navigated through it. The pain points and solutions laid out were well thought of and out-of-the-box. However, having watched few mock interviews - This could have been better structured such as Defining the mission, Customer Segmentation with prioritisation for e.g., as this is a two sided marketplace including Bill Board Providers and Brands - maybe could have prioritised the segment and then nailed down to the pain points of the chosen one. Similar approach to be followed for Pain Points, solutions and Key Metrics. These are thoughts coming from a product aspirant so please feel free to give your suggestions or add further to this :)

I think the reasons for under monetisation could have been explored further like why would big brands put money into all other form of marketing but not so much in bill board advertising. Reasons like 1) No specific targeting 2) Difficulty in estimating ROI for a given campaign 3) Large TAT for campaign - for eg, if Brands decide today, might take upto week for bill board to have that poster 4) Information gap around - Location of bill boards, pricing and customer segment passing by those bill boards. and with these issues in mind, how google can actually leverage its tech to bring in the additional value and make it attractive proposition for demand side. I felt focus was more on the building a solution platform/portal which would address point 4 but I think more solutions could have been discussed similar to one mentioned where user traffic patterns and demographic pattern is studied for better targeting. Also, pain points of supply side which is bill board provider can be prioritised at second number because initially it would not be a very high frequency use case and thus internal teams can still manage onboarding and listing bill board.
