Rally custom independent suspension is one step further to finish. Subframe, links and wishbones are produced and pained. Chassie is modified to accept our new subframe, wishbones, links and BMW e36 diff. In our past videos you can see design, optimization of suspension parameters, stress testing, and production beginning of our new independent suspension. In this video you can see how we make weld jig and whole process of TIG welding and producing of rear suspension subframe, wishbones and links. For production of rally wishbones, links and differential cage we use chromoly steel (25CrMo4, AISI 4130) tubing. All tubing and sheet metal parts were cut on a laser cutting machine so we do not need to grind notches.
