Very impressed with how fast you have grown and continue to grow. If anyone here doesn’t know… this guy was in a garage 3 (maybe 4) years ago with minimal tools.

I am SO IMPRESSED with what you have accomplished! I hope to build my next and last shop next summer. I feel your pain in regard to space / storage / organization and struggling with the ability to be efficient due to lack of room.

Awesome video, Mike. I am happy that all the conversations you had on AWP about your future are coming to reality for you. Also, I would be able to do that, too, if I had 250,000 in tools😅

I'm new to your channel, but really like it. I'm a retired cabinetmaker and I went from a 2400 sq ft leased shop to a 10,000 shop I bought. Thought I was in woodworking heaven, so I hope your new shop build goes the same for you. You have a lot of really great machinery, and most importantly the knowledge to use them. I noticed in your finishing room the bag that holds the new Graco Quickshot. Curious how you like it. If you have done a video on it, I haven't seen it and I apologize.

Thanks so much! I hope to get there asap. That machine is fine. It isn't amazing. It doesn't keep it's prime often. I ended up getting their larger cordless airless and love it.

Great Shop tour, what do you think of the Supermax dual drum sander? Any issues with grooves being sanded into the work pieces? I’m looking for a sander, I was thinking small wide belt. But that sander seems like it might be a good fit. Thank you.
@CoffeyCustomBuilds3 ай бұрын
It's great for small to medium sized panels. All sanders that sand in a linear motion will leave sanding lines. They aren't for finish sanding as much as they are for thicknessing and dialing in specific thicknesses. You'll still need to go over them with a random orbital sander. With that said, mine gets used almost daily.

I have the same laguna 5hp planer...weak. the jet 3hp 16" was better. I replaced the 5hp with a 7.5hp 3phase, it's a lot better. Also if you want a shaper feeder get the comatic 7 wheel variable speed. I had 3 of the 3 wheel steff/Maggi feeders. Got rid of all of those.
@CoffeyCustomBuilds5 ай бұрын
You’re gonna be surprised to find out they’re made in the same factory. This comatic 3 wheel has been amazing.

I actually like seeing someone else's woodshop that has saw dust all over the place. I think that's the difference between "content creators" and wood workers. Content Creators = no dust, Woodworkers = lots of dust. Nice set up by the way.
