I found a bone broth recipe from a Mediterranean cookbook and it's so good. Lately it has been difficult to making it, but want to make a batch and freeze it. You can unshrink the jumper! put it in water with conditioner and let it soak then gently reshape it and let it airdry

The whole thing with that the sun is bad is bs. The sun is so important! sunscreen is toxic and the things you eat can make you super sensitive to the sun as well. (Sees oils) One other thing is that sunscreen blocks the vitamin D from penetrating the skin, and we all know now how important vitamin D is. Please people spend some time in the sun without sunscreen for about 30 min or 60 min especially if you live up north. Yes we should not be out for too long in the sun but just put clothes on and spend time in the shade when the sun is the strongest in the summer.

Agreed. I stopped burning when I cut out seed oils, ate antioxidant-rich foods, and only avoided being in the sun for a long time in the middle of the day. Building up color slowly in the springtime helped come summer! 😊 It’s almost November and no one in our family has been sick yet since March or April, including our school aged kids
