productive days in my life very realistic (productive vlog) !
hi my loves,
in this vlog i show you a very realistic and productive couple days in my life, i talk about feeling stuck in your 20s, especially with no degree and no career path and not quite knowing what we (as 20 somethings) want to do in life or not knowing how to get to where we want to be!
so far, most of you have found my 9-5 work from home day in the life data entry job video (wow that was a mouthful LOL) and have asked for more in depth info about my data entry job (which i was let go from) so i talk about my data entry position and what it was like, and more!

I’m 25-26 WITH a bachelors degree and so lost in the world of jobs/what I actually want to do with my career. I also have my cosmetology license thinking I would pursue a passion and love that career, got burnt out in the first 2 years and left the industry. I’m incredibly lost and was always thinking Data Entry/typist work because I truly love just typing. Thank you for posting, you’re not alone. We are all trying to navigate through this uncertainty/ a new world with a Pandemic. I just recently took a remote Insurance job and i’m HOPING this will be something I love but i’m just not sure. I seem to get burnt out so easily with everything I try to pursue😔 but we all got to remain hopeful that these are just bumps in the road of where we are meant to be.

ahhh omg this comment is IT! especially the last part, i really resonated with it. i so feel you on getting burnt out so easily, but when we do things we don’t love/are not passionate about the burn out is inevitable :/ good luck with your new position! wishing you the best💕 i’m 25 now too, gonna be 26 in Oct and just hoping to finally land something that gives me joy 💜

I’m 26 and dealing with this. Lost motivation while doing online school and now I need to find something to sustain myself. Can only rely on my mom for so long. God bless her

I’m 24 with a bachelors in biology and a minor in psychology, and still trying to figure out what I want to really do. I realized I didn’t want to go to PA school anymore, so it’s definitely hard with or without a degree! Granted my life did a 360 and I’m trying to get back on track, but it is definitely hard just trying to find something that is for you. Its also hard when you see people your age or even younger in the career of their dreams or working towards the career of their dreams, because you do feel behind in life

Omg okay I’m obsessed because of this vlog. I’m 25, no degree, some college education, and found it’s not for me. My mom nags me all the time about going back to finish, and she doesn’t support me starting my own business. She thinks I won’t make it in life without it, yet I’m currently doing pretty good for myself. Love your talks and inspirations, literally lifted my spirits.

I’m in my early 30s n didn’t really like college either but I just did it bc I just thought it was something I was supposed to do. Gotta think about the long run and your future. All the best to you.

I'm your exact age! even similar bday and I just got my first job and it is super hard. Even though I was looking for something and finally got something I still feel lost in finding what I truly what to do. You're right gratefulness is the key! And I am just now starting to enjoy the journey. I wonder if since you liked the pace of the data entry job if they have any virtual admin jobs. That might have similar pace and be something you'd enjoy! glad to have found your channel!

I love how transparent you are. I'm kind of in a similar boat as you 25 no degree, college was not for me. I took a digital marketing course last year, started freelancing for a year and I got a remote marketing internship in September at a big agency and will be looking for a full time job for the start of the new year. I always recommend digital marketing because it's a diverse field, you don't need to have a degree, you can work in multiple areas (social media, SEO, paid search, email etc) and it's in high demand!

@@SimoneCristina (I tried to upload this reply like 3 times, youtube is acting up) I'm not on istagram but I can email you. The person who created the course actually has a KZfaq channel called "Seth Jared" if you want to check it out. I honestly thought it was fake at first but it's legit. I watched a lot of his videos before I decided to get the course which I think is linked in his video descriptions but I'm not sure. I did a two month plan but I remember at the time it was like $400/month so not cheap at all. I think it took me like 3 months before I decided to get it because I was not trying to waste money 😩 I'm on LinkeIn if you want to connect there as well.

I'm praying for you! I know you will do amazing and wonderful things in the career path you choose. A degree isn't always needed to have a well-paying job and career. My oldest son has a trade school diploma and my youngest son graduated from Morehouse. My oldest son's occupation pays very well.

I'm 26 and completely understand how you feel. I also did not finish college. I want to get certified in IT but I needed a better job to pay for it lol. So I just found a WFH gig (how I found your channel). But I think I'll actually enjoy this job and stick around after my current contract.

@@SimoneCristina yes it's so hard because people make you feel like you need a degree to succeed, but I personally believe you need to have a passion to succeed. You define your own happiness. Maybe one day I'll go back to college, but for right now I'm gonna take the path that I need to, to make myself happy! Thank you and excited to see where you go! @@quelquun2018 I'm in the maritime industry which I had no background in, so initially I got lucky. I was out of a job & signed up with a recruitment agency. They got me into a company & although I had no idea what I was doing, I listened a lot to those around me & eventually got some decent training. I've since advanced from there to a consultancy company by taking leaps of faith & displaying my passion & energy as well as building a good set of networks & contscts. It hasn't been easy & it can feel daunting but I'm so grateful for getting this far.

Love how honest you are. I'm 26 and I stoped college one year ago because I didn't knew what I wanted anymore in my life at a time. This year I decide to finish and hopefully I gonna get my degree in september 2022. If you love content creation why dont you study something related to that ? I’m 33 and just took a position and this is the job that can change my life and set me up for retirement. I’m scared because it’s a work from home position but I’ll just be a billing agent. I am afraid I will be bored out of my mind (we do have a quota like you said from your last video). Im having second thoughts about this so let me just tell you money is NOT everything. You’re not alone. Keep your head up!!! Check into DHL. That’s where I just started at

Oh my god, this video helped so much. I am 19 and didn't enjoy college and ever since I left I have been absolutely stuck since everyone else I know is in college. I have no idea what I am doing or how to get anywhere. I know I want to get my own apartment and a remote job, but I don't know how to start. If you have any recommendations, please help.

to be honest I have a degree and i have learned during my career that degrees nowadays are pratically and almost a waste of time and what is really valued is experience. But to get a job nowadays you need experience which is so backwards. I feel your pain and your not in this alone

I’m currently 24 with a certificate in iOS development. But I’ve already lost all my skills from it because after 1 1/2 years of searching for a dev job, I just gave up. 😢 I also decided not to go to college due to price and not wanting to waste my time/money for 4 years on something I don’t know if I’d even be able to repay. On top of all that… I have been dealing with a pretty bad injury for 7 months now so I’ve been out of work and am finally feeling to be slowly on the mend where I think I could handle something like data entry. But it’s like, everything feels so competitive with remote jobs. I’ve applied to 50 jobs within the past 2 weeks and I just keep trying. But it’s so frustrating. Just ranting to rant because feeling stuck is very real and it’s not a fun feeling

Girl I am 32 with a bachelors degree and I’m still in the same boat as you because I just feel like what I’m doing is not my purpose you know like I’m really unhappy at this point and nothing is going to make it better because I’ve been trying for the last like 2-3 years.
