A lot of people do not know or just organize their fridge by looks but all shelfs in the fridge have different temperatures. You really should not put milk or joghurt etc in the door or on the top shell but more on the lower shelves. Same for vegetables. Condaments, drinks, Butter etc can go more on the upper shelves or the door as they do not need as low temperature. This way your stuff will last longer. You said you want to pay more attention to not wasting food as much this year

I think for the tv area I would avoid adding more visual clutter like pictures and maybe add a taller lamp with a shade to balance out the space ☺️

I’m wondering if you don’t have the same food storage guidance as we have here in the Uk? Dairy at the top, uncooked meats on the bottom shelf and fruit and veg in the vented drawers. And eggs in the cupboard 😂 I do love how real your videos are, thank you for being authentic xx

Some design ideas: If you're going for some Italian vibes in your bedroom, you could look into using an olive tree for greenery, stone/marble decor elements, and maybe a Venitian plaster effect as an accent wall behind the bed (I've seen some people achieving the look using a mix of drywall compound and paint I think? it looks like a pretty easy diy). Can't wait to see the makeover!

For the corner in the living room, I think if you had a solid lamp shade on the lamp instead of the clear one it would add so much to that corner and to your living room, maybe a wicker one or dark lamp shade. Thanks for your great videos!

I love the bedroom set! There's no rules, just trends that come and go. I think a matching set is classic. It doesn't matter what the internet thinks, you love it and they don't live in your home. 😊

I like the asymmetrical look, so I think one medium lantern and one small lantern would look great. I’d put the medium one on the left and the smaller one on the right with the bench. Just an idea. Either way, it looks fantastic. ❤

Hi Ashlynne! I love your videos. They bring me so much peace, inspiration, and are truly a refuge to my anxious mind. My advice for your gallery wall in your living room: the mock picture placings made my eye draw to the room corner where I think it would be best drawn to the center above the tv. So it then meets up with your shelving on the right hand side of your tv. Just an idea. Also, hi, this is my first comment and I’m just so happy to be here with you. Your energy is exciting, fresh, and contagious and I can’t wait to see what you post next. Love from a lifelong subscriber. 🙂❤️ P.S. always break the rules of what’s “in” if it means you’re happy. When I saw that green throw for the bedroom, it reminded me of the one that I have and I love it. Pottery Barn just came out with new bedding today in an email that includes dark forest, green linen that is gorgeous.

1) like the scale of the smaller lanterns on the porch. 2) who cares if you go with a matched bedroom set, it's your two's room, do what makes both of you happy. We went with a matched end tables & dresser (slightly different headboard) looks great & finished.

I think the Vertical shelves are the issue with that space. They add a whole lot of visual clutter to the right of the TV. If there's somewhere else you could relocate those it would make the area look less cluttery

I think for the TV gallery, if you match the spacing just around the tv with the shelves on the wall, it will look more balanced. other than that it looks so great!

Cleaning the shower is the worst, and I always “forget” lol……I think the TV would look a little better without the added frames as it feels a tad cluttered with the wall art on the other side already. Which is beautiful btw!! 😊

Maybe when you have fresh veggies that you may not use soon, just cut them up and freeze them then you won’t have a lot if waste like the butternut squash.

My trouble with cleaning is everything above eye-sight, so I always forget to clean the lamps and the pictureframes on the wall 😂

Think I commented the same on the previous video, but I still think the bigger lanterns look best. I feel like the small ones especially the one behind the bench looks a little lost and hidden whereas, the bigger ones are more noticeable. Love your moodboard for you bedroom too. Personally, I don't care for added stuff by a large TV. It just looks too cluttered, but that's just my opinion. Maybe once when you have something up on the wall I may change my mind.

love those lanterns - I think I do like the smaller ones for the same reason - they are not on the rug - my grandma in the early 1900's when she became a bride washed her sheets EVERY DAY and she did not have a washing machine (wring type came around in the 1940s) and she lined dried - now she could not have done this in winter (she was in south dakota) but yes I remember my mom talking about how she always had her sheets out on the line (became much easier when you could have more than one set :) she loved the feel of clean sheets - glenda

Smaller lanterns are better. My WINDOW SILLS!! I feel sooo much better when they are cleaned If you place the rectangle on the left so its top edge does NOT lined up with the top edge of the pic and build off of that. Diagonal layouts are easy on the eyes.

What I don't like about Tru earth is sometimes it doesn't desolve and it leaves white marks on my black clothes and I wear a lot of black bottoms. Otherwise, I love the concept.

For better Feng Shui, you might consider grouping your items on the patio in odd numbers. I am wondering if grouping the lanterns (both sizes) and the plant on one side of the front door might give a more pleasing aesthetic. You could eliminate the plant on the other side of the door, or leave it there, since it would be by itself.

Very productive day for us all to enjoy. Your leftovers looked so good. Did you know that microwave ovens actually destroy the nutrients in your food,? It also releases high levels of radiation when in operation. :-( You might want to look into it for yourself.
