-25g rolled oats
-180ml water
-1tsp cinnamon
-1tsp sweetener
-150ml almond milk
-1tsp chia seeds
-15g speculoos myprotein powder
-100ml egg whites
♡ recipe: chia pudding
- 2tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- 2-3 drops sweetener
- 1/2cup almond milk

- a few drops myprotein toffee drops

- 15g protein powder (i use myprotein speculoos flavoured one)
