Didi I will suggest you that don't buy packet atta because it consists of very impurities and preservatives which is not at all good for children's instead of that I will suggest that in the summer weekends buy 2 quintal of wheat and just clean it and whenever u will need flour you just go and get your wheat be crushed by a chakki wala you will hardly need 4-5 days to clean the wheat Just suggesting you this method is more safe and cheaper than the packet flour I hope you will understand

Hie neelam u r right once we start using hair color grey hairs starts increasing bt u can use one trick to keep ur hairs healthy You can appy henna in between ur hair color routine it will not give that red color to ur hairs bt it will surely give nourishment to ur hairs whch mostly lacks in colors due to ammonia .
