I am the host and my agenda is definitely not hidden. In fact I explain my agenda in almost every episode: - I am not funded by anyone - I believe in the future of South Africa - I believe in free markets (even socialist countries end up free market countries through the black market - Cuba, USSR) - I believe in the stability of property rights - I have so much faith in the creativity, entrepreneurialism and intellect of black South Africans that I don't believe that they need to be held back by any politician telling them that they need BEE - I believe that big companies want to keep small companies out of business by creating barriers to entry like BEE and other forms of red tape - I believe that South Africans can make their own decisions and don't need to be told what to do by a cult leader

I like what you are saying, however, your approach is wrong and would only benefit people who are already privileged. Those who are under privileged will not benefit anything because the status quo has not changed. YTo take a capitalist approach you must first have ownership of your economy - South Africa is not in that position. We have nothing to capitalise on. Secondly, we need to break apart existing systems that only serve the needs of whites, this is a reality. Banking sector is pro-white and therefore, these entrepreneurs you speak of, only white people Will benefit from any funding. Thirdly, you cannot deny the fact that the majority is unemployed. We therefore need to ensure that the majority is provided with equal opportunities for employment and economic growth. Lastly, the apartheid government nationalised all crucial sectors of the economy, why can’t we do that now? Don’t tell me about “cult leaders”, no need to call names because you don’t understand what is being presented 🙄

I do not dismiss the EFF. I think that they perform an important role in removing the radicals from the ANC. I do not like their policies at all because it will lead SA down the same road as Venzuela and Zimbabwe. If you are happy with that future than you know what you to do on 29 May. I agree with your view on the multi party charter, but my guests are invited to give their views. This was done after MK but neither of us think that they will be much of a factor.

Eff was doing well with Mashaba in jhb. The problem is that eff pushes its policies and these useless parties dont want that raducalism.

He undermines the MK and I think that's dangerous. He is clearly an EFF supporter but he is also careful not offend the ANC.

MK is gonna make serious inroads in KZN, Mpumalanga, Gauteng and Free State. I don't see EFF growing

@@mikesham3204 the policies are affecting few people in the country and people like us who are not benefiting from any policy of any party it is hard to make choices based on policies but what is the problem now and who is solving them at the moment DA took away free data that we were using in PTA that was not cool at all because we use to depend on that 0.5 gb a day.

In a coalition no party dictates the terms they all sit down and find each other, so JJ is right there is no way the opposition will unseat the ANC without including the EFF in their unity they can forget. @@mikesham3204 even if true, tell me the huge difference 4-million will have in a country of 64-million? Of this 64-million, only 9% will certainly be voting DA or FF+. Except, unfortunately, I also do believe many of this 9% are part of the corrupt ANC etc. So probably less than 9%. Okay, anyway, let's now take that 4-million who moved away from the ANC, who will they be voting for? Some for DA or FF+ yes, but wIth Ace Magashule and Jacob Zuma starting their own parties, and maybe take some votes away from the ANC, we all know the ANC and their comrades, the new parties will certainly form some coalition. So even if you count 4-million less voters for ANC, the question is, who they will vote for, and also, as I've been told, those who don't support the ANC also just never pitch up to vote as they "think" it won't help, or that the ANC might even harm them. If you go and look at the coalition it will work. They already sort out their problems and adopt a model to get the country working again.

If the current coalitions are anything to go by, it’s going to be a mess. A government of national unity will have a shelf life like a coalition but can at least look at the big ticket items that multi parties can find consensus on eg energy security, unemployment, healthcare and education. The biggest stumbling block will be who will lead to many egos and vested interests. The political parties will not agree to an outsider like the former CJ Mogoeng Mogoeng to lead.

Coalitions are not a choice, they will be a reality of no single party getting an outright majority. Coalitions can be very unstable or they can be highly productive. Most of Europe is run by coalitions and I doubt if a coalition in SA can be as bad the job done by the ANC.

You are very wrong, in order for a party to appoint the President and Cabinet Ministers you need 201 votes. The Council of Provinces and who controls provinces does not change this.
