Prof. Magoha had a premonition before the fatal collapse, close friend reveals

The shocking death of former education Cabinet Secretary Prof. George Magoha continues to shake the airwaves.
The Nairobi Hospital, the facility he was taken to after collapsing at home says attempts to resuscitate him were unsuccessful.
Prof. Walter Mwanda a personal friend to Magoha narrated the events leading up to his death, saying Magoha collapsed four times.

The first responders were slow in their response . They could have called an ambulance immediately or could have rushed him to hospital immediately, instead of searching for a blood pressure machine .they wasted alot time , in search situations every minute counts . This is an acute lose .. May he rest in eternal peace

I agree with you as a nurse, every minutes count, to save life , the wife should have called, emergency response. I am also surprise that his Dr Friend, did not tell the wife to get him to hospital immediately. life is lost due to incompetent in health sector and transport sector. all Kenyan's need to be taught of basic life support training, in order to save lives. May his sole rest in peace, his was working too hard, with the stress of his late Brother is may have triggers the event. god will receive you with both hands, again may you rest in peace.

You mean doctors don't have a highblood gadget at home lets be serious evry family should have some of this things at home especially with family members above 50.Hypertension is a killer.

Looks like his blood pressure was not controlled i don't understand at 70 really.Everybody above 50 shud know their blood pressure so that it can be treated.

Why not call an ambulance in the first place,why waste all this time looking for blood pressure machine.Your friends can fail u when you really need them,an ambulance could reach there quicker than him driving all the way from his clinic.

His time was up, let's be realistic with life, cardiac arrest will still happen in ambulance
