Thank you, Anna Olson. That Kefir tip is a hit. I don't have Buttermilk but always keep Kefir because it's so easy to make. And also increasing moisture with other things when reduce sugar.

Thanks. Anna Olson! Your videos are the greatest with lots of suggestions for what-ifs and knowledge. Your recipes are so simple and easy to follow. I did two single batches, and got bold with a double batch. The single batches are easy to handle, and created for the average Joe, like me, which can be handled easily. The double batches or more are for the pros with machines! Thanks again!

I just found this series. Used to record all your shows on the Food Network about 5yrs ago. Am a handicapped brittle type 1 diabetic but I love most all your recipes and techniques. And I live over 6 months a year on a sailboat out of Nanaimo. Cooking and Baking healthy foods is a bit of a challenge but well worth the effort Thank You very much

Hello Anna, i love your recipes and what a joy to watch your channel. I've decided to try your muffins recipe but I have noticed you used a full cup of milk in this live session while the original recipe in the link you used half a cup and the batter was thicker in the older video. QUESTION: If we want to use WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR, how do we substitute it from the All Purpose Flour?
