Great work. I see that you dig 2 feet down. How far should pole go in the hole? Did I miss that part? All the way on the bottom of the hole?

*What you guys need to do is invent a simple and easy mechanism to make the net lift up about a foot above the ground when the cage is not in use.* *I put a 70 feet cage in my backyard and the freaking squirrels, who are curious by nature and may look for food or whatnot, started chewing the net and make holes in it at various points to get in.* *I think the best solution would be to be able to lift entire net above the ground by about a foot when the cage is not in use - so that these pesky squirrels don't any obstruction in their traffic.*

Best way to do it is. With cable on bottom and each pole with snap in carabiner to clip it up on the same net. Or on the pole like 5 ft. Off the ground add an eye bolt to lift net.

@@BattingCagescustominstallation I did that but it's quite a hassle to manually open and close 8 to 10 carabiners every time to hang them up or down, before and after the play. There should be some sorta pully or winch system that should do it with a spin of a handle or something.
