Is an actor and because he stars in many movies he doesn't dye his hair much (I don't think he would like having crazy hair anyway) and also had the buzz cut for a long time because he was filming a drama and a movie in which he played a soldier, there was another movie some time ago where he played a martial artist and he also had really short hair back then. Then he went to the military and had to keep the buzz cut but now it's grown back and he looks great
