You can interpret it as needing to bond w/friends, taking time for a break and recharge, to leave the worries of the day behind and starting fresh after midnight. Just some explanation. In the beginning, the battery was empty but after hanging out with the members, the battery becomes fully charged. You can skip the next part if you want, just explaining the point choreography. They make the hands of a clock and once it hits midnight (referencing title track) , they press a button that helps them switch on (name of album)

They released a video working with the choreographer and finessing the moves, in case you were interested.
