As a dancer, he started out at the age of 8 and has been teaching since 2004. He has danced with international organizations like Culture Shock, Hit The Floor Productions, GEC Entertainment, and performed for the Los Angeles Rose Parade, international artist Jonalyn Viray, and competed internationally at Hip Hop International and is a two time City of Alhambra B-boy Champion.
As a health coach, he's been coaching for several years and was featured on Time Warner's Get Fit. He's helped hundreds of individuals not only burn fat and build muscle, but also create a healthy active lifestyle so that people no longer have to yo-yo.
He's recognized for his zen style leadership. Combine that with his passionate vision of guiding others to become their best selves, gives him an authority when it comes to personal transformation. Whether it be through dance or fitness classes, he coaches individuals to gain the confidence they seek and get they results they never thought was possible.

"Why so farrrr????" 1. Because there are already videos scheduled. I post K-Pop reaction videos on Monday and Wednesday only. This gives me an opportunity to share the other content i'm passionate about for this channel. 2. Releasing content like this allows me to keep the channel consistent and focus on other projects other than trying to keep a daily youtube schedule since I run two businesses. They're so underrated their main dancers are insane but they all manage to keep up and synch up with each other incredibly well. They work so hard. They participated in road to kingdom and it provided a bit of insight into how much of a drill Sargent their leader is they're coming for the synchro king title from svt I think lmao

VERIVERY has 7 members, but 1 was on a mental health break during this comeback. He's back now though and only missed two comebacks iirc, so there will be 7 members in the majority of VV's videos.

@@daychild_ Minchan went on break while they were promoting G.B.T.B. He's in the mv and dance practice, but when it comes to the live music stages Minchan isn't in all of them.

For every time you said there was an odd spacing or that there's a hole in the formation, that's because they were missing a 7th member. That hole and extra space is his spot in the choreo, that way he can fit right in without having to redo the entire thing.

Hey thank you for your reaction on Verivery... It's funny how you kind of guess the concept/plot of the MV/song just after watching the choreo. Nothing official or sure, but 'Get away' could be inspired by the movie 'the platform' where people fall into madness because of hunger. In the MV you can see them get 'poisoned' by their doppelgangers and succomb to madness and canibalism (yes it's a lot ^^') , but you were kindda right, even the word 'venom' is used. For the live perfs, it's because of the COVID restrictions that they didn't get the back-up dancers on every shows, but there are some perfs with them. As someone said before, VERIVERY is a 7 members group, Minchan was on hiatus during this period, so I think the strange formation that you underline is because they want to include him in the future or they get a 7 members choreo and had to adjust it because of his absence( since minchan comeback, you can find a 7members perf of 'Get away'). I think the change between strong and soft/chill movements it because of the reggae style of the music... The performer that get your attention is Yongseung. Verivery is from Jellyfish ent. the same house of VIXX(the concept kings) and formely Gugudan, so I think they put more emphasis on the storytelling movments that other KPOP groups. Thank you one again and hope to see you in a new Verivery reaction (I really like 'thunder' choreo, and 'trigger' the new one is also interesting)

omg you're watching the performance where hoyoung (blond in dance practice, purple in the performance) had little radishes in his back pocket for his ending part 🤣 you should see how he made little adjustments to the dance so his butt never touches the floor (yeah he's doing all those turns on the floor without actually touching the floor)

I love getting to have a professional dancer go in and verify everything I’ve been saying 🥰. I danced up until my last year of college, and though I was nowhere close to your level or these men, I can recognize everything that sets them above the rest. Their synchronicity is so beautiful and pleasing to the eye. Their use of floor work, levels, transitions, execution… I could go on forever. Thank you, so much, for reacting and giving them the credit they deserve. ❤️

Since your a professiona dancer: you might enjoy a new dance variety show call: Street woman fighter “mnet”. Since there is chaeyeon of izone there Currently there is two episode with eng sub. A bunch of female professional/ street dancer competing with each other to see who is the best pro dance crew in south korea. The only one there that is not a pro dancer is idol- chaeyeon of izone. During the 1 vs 1 freestyle dancer chaeyeon lost a lot. Even though chaeyeon may dance well but during a dance battle the professional dancer has the edge.
