Wow Benj Haisch being used by Xiaomi! I love it when a proper photographer reviews a smartphone camera, coz it's not just about HDR and portrait modes computational things. This really intrigue me to try 13 Pro myself.

sir, i don't understand a lot about cameras, so i need ur help here, 1 inch sensor 50 mp is better or 200mp camera not 1 inch sensor ? in other word 12t pro is better camera or the 13pro ?

Neither of those two specs say anything about the quality of a camera. They are just numbers. Also what a good picture is is very much subjective. There are ways to objectively assets the quality of a photo. But ultimately if you don't like the results it's a poor photo.

From the reviews I've seen it's alright but it's definitely not the best. It's behind when compared to an iPhone 14 Pro Max or Samsung s23 ultra, I'll be buying this phone though and I couldn't care less tbh. Barely ever use my front camera 🤷♂️

@@lordraj365 I believe you're not allowed to use a Huawei phone if you work for the government, but everything else you're allowed to use here. Typing this on my 3yr old Xiaomi Mi 9t Pro, surprisingly connection is pretty good since sometimes I get better connection than my brothers iPhone Xr

I can very much afford Xiaomi 13 Pro but I am not going to buy that as long as they don't get rid of the crappy MIUI!! Samsung's One UI is revolutionary compared to MIUI!!

Tbh miui 14 is way better vos I've tried them all from 11 and i can already feel the difference no lags havent faced any bugs in my 2 and a half months of usage

For its price you can get an actual camera or a nice prime lens. You cant shoot an event with it or attach a speedlight.. Most professinal photographers take images of thier family/friends with mid/pro cameras for better results even if its jpegs. Phone are good for quick snaps and right now from 2021-2023 all mid rage phones have good cameras and do just fine about takind decent images.
