Im currently doing a deep dive into mount after years of it being my worst attacking position by far. Breaking everything down into stages and sequences. I'm loving the S mount and I'm hitting the inverted arm bar on that far arm a lot. It's a good option if they expect you to pocket it, or if you can't pocket the arm successfully. Your videos have been a great help, your are one of the very few nogi guys that has an emphasis on mount. Thanks for sharing
