Professor Layton´s composers never cease to amaze me. This is just so amaizing.

The best thing about Professor Layton music: you can hear them for the first time but still sing along.

This song made me cry the first time I listened to it 40 seconds in because it was so amazing. THANK YOU LAYTON THANK YOU FOR BEING AMAZING

I love Level 5. They've made some of my most favorite games since I was a kid. And the music they make is some of the best I've ever heard. :D

i just completed lost future, i cant believe ive finished the first trilogy and yet theres still 2 more trilogies to complete - cant wait to start the next trilogy prequel with spector's flute!

It's being released in North America in the fall of 2011! I can't wait! :DDDD

I can't wait until all the other Layton games are out in America. The Last Time Travel looks seriously good.

The third Layton game is called, "Professor Layton and the Last Time Travel", which is actually the 6th game in the timeline. This one, Specter's Flute is actually the 4th game to be released in Japan and the first adventure in the timeline (or new trilogy). I know, they pulled a George Lucas. The 5th game (2nd in the timeline) was just announced as Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask.

What I want to know is HOW THE FUCK they manage to make SUCH ORGASMICALLY DELICIOUS themes for EVERY. GAME. Without taking ANY inspiration from their past themes!! I mean, I can find hints here and there from the third game, but SERIOUSLY. It's RIDICULOUS~

Fun fact: 1 accordion sounds like 4 harmonicas put together. I'm thinking that's what an accordion is made of, but I"m not sure. But seriously, if you compare the sounds, they will sound almost exactly alike.

They actually do release all Layton games outside Japan.

If this took place AFTER the Curious Village, I'd have to say that woman to the right was Flora. But this evidently takes place four years BEFORE CV.

@surferguy66 Where are you from? Layton is insanely popular in England - Curious Village was sold out for 5 months when it was released, and the same happened with Pandora's Box. We're even hosting the Western premiere... which I'm going to :D

I see a few things in the game's box art that I have some questions about. Maybe some of you can help me answer these: 1. Who's the woman to the right of Layton? 2. Why doesn't Luke have that blue sweater-or-whatever-it-is on? 3. I see Layton still has his top hat. Does that mean that this still takes place after Claire's death?

I used to think accordian music was lame. the layton series took that thought and kicked it in the balls. Accordion, if handled right can be a masterpiece.
