Hon Onek Hillary, you are the minister in M7 government, but when I visited Palabek in 2019, from Kitgum road is rought then from Palabek to Gulu, the Road so rought. If I may ask minister Onek Hillary, why the roads are tarmac? Why did people voted you to be in the Parliament of Uganda? It's very shameful to hear you speaks of being a minister.
