Isn't OWD is the most restrictive one? While Roles are based on hierarchical (which is essential) and Profile is the most tweaked one (customised one). I mean OWD should be first in the cone you displayed.

Using sharing rule only 1 person can share records or vice versa.. Like jyoti shared her records to John, wat About jyoti viewing John's records.. Can we do it with same rule or we need to add another sharing rule??
