50 grams pumpkin (peeled with a peeler)

1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
For Tarhana
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 carrot (chopped)
1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon of red pepper powder
2 cups of broth
2.5 cups of water
4 tablespoons tarhana (cut with 1 cup water)
