for example with this statement/command : if the input is 123 it would get multiplied by 10 which would become 1230 and in the place of 0 the value of d which is 3 would get added and thus it would continue for three times and there are 3 digits and thus gradually it would get finalised to 321 and then it would stop and give the output. HOPE THIS HELPS!

4:37 Sir idhr aapne bola ki reverse ki value 10 se multiply krna h ..but sir reverse ki value to 0 h..and agr hm use 10 se krenge to 0 hi aaega na..and then 0 pe hm d ki value add krenge (i.e 1) to vo 1 hoga And fir sir hm third line mein : t = t/10 ; Idhr agr hmne t ki value kyu use ki ?

Pehli bar reverse 0 hoga, but next iteration me reverse me bhi kuch value hogi.. And t ko humne isliye use Kia, taki hum original number ko bacha sake.
