Scheduled obsolescence, a law condemns the practice, the French government wants to go further with anti-waste laws. But is this obsolescence really programmed?

About the debate on the film "Ready to throw away".
Alexandre Delaigue's criticism, written in 2011, does not take into account the arguments developed by the HOP association. If the documentary "Ready to throw away" is a series of abused shortcuts and does not bother to do in easy conspiracy, this should not prevent us from defining an important trend.
We can consider that the concept of programmed obsolescence of the meaning of industrial conspiracy is not very credible, yet some practices, described by HOP, the limits to repair, software updates that slow down old devices are problematic and it is necessary to have a term to identify these phenomena.
The term obsolescence programmed may be this term, if I tend to prefer accelerated obsolescence it is because the problem is at that level, the speed of the thing.
You don't need a weird plot to get to this point.
