Just bought a used ford escape missing the door code card in the owners manual. They told me it would be a couple hundred bucks to retrieve the code and said they’d have to do programming on the car, so glad I found this video!

You saved the day, thank you. My Ford dealership, who I bought my [used] Escape from, refused to give me the pass code. I complained to Ford customer care. They offered me no solution. They even blocked me on social media because I kept asking the same question over and over (How can I get my code, and why won't anyone tell me?).

Just bought a 2014 Ford Escape Titanium. Didn't have the code, but thanks to this video I now do.

YOU THE DUDE 🙌🏼. Worked like a charm & 1st time. The thing is my batteries were not old or dead. I did have the “NO FORD KEY DETECTED” message while both key fobs were with me inside car. I had sunroof open day before & had rain outta nowhere & I didn’t get it closed right away so inside of car got wet. A little. Other than that it was parked in driveway as usual.

Your the sugar, honey, ice, tea, just like everybody else the dealership was no help. A majority of videos on KZfaq are a waste of time. I gave up. Had car for 8 months now. I’m like this a good feature I wish I could take advantage of. Randomly went back on KZfaq to give it one more try. And found this video. Everything was accurate. Thank you for the help. 💯

Thank you SO much! I have a 2014, and most of the recommended videos are showing newer models that **claim** to illustrate the same prices up to year 2019, and they use a 2019 in their video. It was NOTHING like what I had to search for in my 2014; it was nearly exactly like yours. I couldn't even get a pic...I barely got my phone flashlight on it to read the sticker and get back out repeating it over and over until I grabbed my pen and wrote it down, lolol( after being upside down with one foot on the ceiling of the car and one foot in the backseat, balancing upside down on my head 😫🤣 That nest cam video is prob TikTok worthy, lol! But for real, thank you... Bc you showed that it WAS in a hard spot to see... And you led me **directly** to it by the positioning of the fuses and sensors/switches, etc. Thank you so much!!! Ha ha, my dumb ass was looking all over for this pass code until I found a card in the owners manual. 😂

Some also have it on the inside of the remote clicker I have found, as well is also behind the floor side panel by the rite foot
