hello po. by reading the comments below. napagalaman ko po the estimated cost is 2.5 million. you mean this includes labor and materials? kayo po ba ang magpapatayo ng building then babayaran kayo to build this po with the estimate 2.5 m. thanks for sharing the design. and how much po ang estimated ROI? thank you

Hi John, yes this project cost 2.5M Labor and Materials (Bare Interior) but price also varies depending on the location, and yes we do Design and Build. And for the ROI it will also depend on how much you'll charge your tenants sir.
