I hate that I like The Mooch so much. He gets better every time I hear him. He's got integrity, and you gotta respect that.

I would never have listen to Scaramucci except that he was on with Mr. Galloway. So glad I gave 52 min. of my day. One bright, likable guy.

Mooch is more of a moderate which is where most Americans live. Regarding Project 2025 I saw this posted and sadly I believe that it may not just be hyperbole. “A storm is coming, people. Let's not be caught off guard like other countries that are now run by fanatics. For instance, Iran in the '70's was a tourist friendly, free and open country with a robust economy, a rising film and music industry and nightclubs. Now it's a closed off theocracy where women have no rights and the government shoots it's critics without a trial. This is what Project 2025 will do to us.”

Seven years ago I would have thought you were insane if you said that I would one day not only respect Anthony Scaramucci's intelligence, but actually like him as a person.

Great show! I believe Anthony’s comments about Trump fearing Newsom. I know someone who is a Trumper, and right after Biden’s debate debacle, he said, “well, who are they gonna put up-Newsom?” At that moment I realized that the right was very afraid of him. I always thought he was impressive, and I hope the Democrats hear Anthony’s take on this.

This was a god damned great podcast. Intelligent questions, probing questions, insightful questions, meaningful questions. And you let your guest talk. 52 minutes of excellence!

I have heard Anthony on some other podcasts as well and he’s surprisingly reversed my negative opinion of him that was formed during his tenure in the Trump administration.

Scaramucci attended Tufts (only 10% of applicants accepted) for undergrad and Harvard for law school. He's no fool!

I just caught this podcast on Apple Podcasts, and I had to see if it was on KZfaq. Scaramucci is great, who knew he was a comedian. A pretty slick guy, but he gets the concept of America at least and understands the threat of the far Right. Love the comment about Steve Bannon at 28:10

The irritating factor with Biden is the fact we (voters) could see last year he was ageing rapidly and knew it was time for him to pass the baton to a younger stronger candidate with communication skills !! We knew there was a good chance Biden would have some age event occur before the election. After 80 yo the likelihood of health events increases 10% per yr. Knowing that alone means that 4 more years is nearly impossible. We also if Democrats were to actually hold real primaries almost anyone could be beat Dotard as long as they were younger, articulate, & centrist. Instead Dems gave us the weakest candidate we cold possibly ask for in terms if communication skills & age. If you cant sell yourself you can't win, I like Scott's idea, in fact I think it would be the best way to go from this point forward.

I have honestly never seen Professor Galloway so numbstruck into near silence by a Supertalker. Is it charisma? Charm? blather? Gob Gabble? Salesmen. They always make my skin crawl. I met the Mooch in 2010 and he did the exact same thing: had a bunch of finance bros and yagama actuaries stunned into silence like the snake from Jungle book "Trusssst in meeeeee....Lemmie tell you one more story." Jeeesh.

Fantastic show and I share the sentiment about your guest. I started listening to his podcast with Katy Kay a few weeks ago. I do wish he had spoken more about project 2025. In particular, I hear my Trump supporting friends dismissing concerns about it because it “isn’t Trump’s policy,” or even the GOP’s. However, I don’t see any clear policy positions from Trump and it seems that the Heritage Foundation has been in control of GOP policies and judicial nominations for a long time. So how worried should we be?

Last year Business Of Fashion reported that Saks had not been paying their vendors for months. Two factoring firms stopped insuring deliveries to Saks. HBC (parent) sold off 340M in real estate to secure merchandise for the holiday 2023 season. This will be very bad for all parties involved.

Anthony Scaramouchi has a wonderful podcast of mostly Authors. He's an avid reader. His wife doesn't want him to run for office, even IF he aspires to leave his hedge fund.

Melania met DT in 1998, married him in 2005 and gave him a son. 26 years later this speaks volumes. As a Canadian it matters not to me who wins your next election but I can say that even DT's ex-wives remain(ed) loyal to him following divorce. This also speaks volumes.
