In this episode, I fit a Carbon Fibre Front Lip Spoiler to my CLS63 AMG
Adhesive Used: Sikaflex EBT Black

I put this on my CLS 550. I did the 3M Double-sided Automotive Trim Tape 1 inch (2.2 CM) wide. And yes, I also sunk 9 self tapping, black, flying washer screws into the lower bumper to secure it. Left up to adhesive alone, this will eventually rip right off the front of the car, making for a VERY expensive speed-bump. XD

I've got a lip to install that looks identical. Wasn't planning on using adhesive though. Hopefully screws are enough. I'd imagine getting dry adhesive off when removing or replacing lip would be a pain.

Im on my 3rd front lip and i just broke one again. Im sick of buying these lips so I've been driving with it off.

Been thinking of picking up a 2017. How is it to daily drive? Ive only test driven it for 15 min and the MCT trans seems tricky to use. Had to give a lot of throttle in comfort mode lol

When engine cold, they can be a bit jerky when starting off. Otherwise they are fine, smooth and Amazing power.

@@killerhertzmercedes Well i picked it up and i love it. You are right, when cold it was a bit jerky but when it came to temp it functioned perfectly!
