That game is so much fun, Warships is nice but here it's so much more dynamic and quick

After Armored Warfare flopped, I'm hopeful that this game can succeed in being a cold war setting tank combat game. I know its a hero shooter type of game, but I do hope it eventually plays like WoT with WoWS captain system like mechanics. At the moment, the only free to play tank game with cold war vehicles is War Thunder, and that can be frustrating at times.

Waiting for it's release, I am hyped.!

I would love to see WG do something like this for ships now.

I've been playing WoT since 2017 and when I invite friend to play it usually they just play it around a month or weeks the most problem was the game was so GRINDY. I think this new approach improve the player retention.

I haven't played WOWS in quite done time but I still watch your videos that show up in my suggestions. This game looks exciting. I've been waiting for a tank game and there are a few promising ones on the way finally. Neither WOT or WT were really my cup of tea. This and the Modern Warships developer's upcoming tank game look like they will be fun.

there is one big problem about this game.. its to repetitive, no progression, thats why i propose to create a something like a continental map representing to cold war, you can move with your tank to capture points located on specific zones, cities or interest points like military bases.. once there is a conflict on 1 point no one of the ally team can spawn on that base.. I can imagine myself entering to war for an antire day to defend a zone or advancing a line trow the entire day.. efectivelly a war.

Wot can be so slow dull and boring at times. This looks spicy 🌶️

Is the progress we made so far saved for the original game or we need to grind tanks and missions again when the game is released? Armored Warfare when first come out for close halfa everyone was hype by the game and I enjoyed playing it and later on the game just died now is playable just for single player mode. I like this game I hope that this game have a lot of successes and I hope that WG don't start selling op tanks for money. Thanks for the video.

I really like the game, I'm playing it, it just annoys me a little when I see the players looking at the map and wondering, but I'm interested and I'd like the game to come out in the beta phase as soon as possible

If you are able to ask Wargaming how this Project CW will be implemented into a console version, that would be appreciated. We already have a Cold War era mode in WOT. But (if or when it comes to consoles) will it be an entirely separate game or will it be a rework of our existing CW? Thanks Notser

As a Warthunder player, I'm really enjoying project CW so far, it feels like a stress relief compared to WT and WOT. What exactly is the story in the game? It is called Cold War but with maps inspired by Battlefield 2042, not that that is a bad thing, the overall vibe is quite fun. Also, T-72 when? :)

I miss TWA.... :( WarGaming shut it down before it ever had a chance to fully release.

Yo I didn't even know this game existed till your video popped up in my recommendeds. This game is looking like something I'm gonna pick up whenever it releases, seems to be a more fast paced experience but still has a layer of depth and tactics to the agents that appeals to me. Also I gotta say your guides and gameplay from WoWs are always on point and I think that's going to translate well to project cold war, I'll be looking forward to getting your break down of the agents and their loadouts and strategies.

Im so glad they just added modern tanks on console instead of making it a totally different game. I guarantee some in game models from tanks console will get HD textures and end up in Operation Cold War on PC. Benifit of having modern tanks in the same game for us is the silver , xp, and premium usage is all seamless. Both game modes draw or add to the same pool. You guys on PC get no love from WG.

Its a League of Legends, COD BO 4 and Battlefield 2042 kind of vibe when it comes to the gameplay. I can see the similarities of WoT's Frontline Mode where you get to call arty and such but thats about as far as WoT goes. I say BO's 4 due to the AC130 gunship calling and you actually manning the ship to engage targets. If it was like Black Ops 4's Sniper's nest when you call for them, then I can say the ability is good. the Battlefield feeling comes from the UI aspect of the game. Its a CSGO/Rainbow six when it comes to doing the Bomb Planting/Diffuse mode. Ive already maxed out Titan and I am happy with the way I configured him. Im working on Jager to be a mean sniping machine. Then its onwards to either Chopper or someone else.....Its far from Armored Warfare in all aspects as the game failed past launch (I was also alpha testing and when they released it, IT was a whole different game). You cant even compare Armored Warfare to this game at all. people need to understand that this game is a Hero/Arcade style shooter. its not a Mil-Sim like Steelbeasts Pro PE or DCS where the vehicle functionality and environment to include effect are realistic in nature.

How to download and the day release ?

The game is interesting though probably not really something for me but I'm really curious how you come to the conclusion that wargaming is starting to realise valueing play time over money spent. WoWs really shows the opposite and they seem to have a hard time keeping it afloat. Nearly everything coming there lately is sold for money and in game currency spend is even getting more crazy with events like the kitakami thing lately. Will be interesting to see this handled differently on this new game but I doubt they will.

It seems it will be like CS, PUBG or Fortnite for tanks, so choose an avatar, improve it, may be collect weapons and upgrades, in short (5-10 minutes) battles. The tik-tok philosophy for the youngs. 🤷‍♂️

Here's one: how will WG stop/hinder the power creep in this game? Some vehicles should be better than others at certain aspects, but what's the plan to stop a vehicle being best at so many it's ridiculous?

Would be great but the players wow just wow most of your team can’t figure out the games modes winning is not about damage but yet they sit back and snipe apart from the very few that actually try and win the game

But... it is a replacement for WOT as WOT will be basically shutting down what we have known over the years at some point in 2025. Wargaming's play on words is just trying to maintain a number of players while at the same time creating conversation and focus on their products.

Like someone already mentioned this game is copy of armored warefare wish this wouldn't be ...I do hope WG change it to more as world of tank is ...and why are you saying from bottom up you didn't it's copy of modern warefare in every sence ...don't think we are dumb .....I know because I did played both from beta ....if you have questions ask don't treat us as dumb

as much as i know the game is in closed alpha its very unfinished but tbh the game doesnt live up to the hype and even tho i am kinda biased to WoT but the whole concept of this game is just very bad the agent system just doesnt make sense to me adding agent system to a tank related to a game just seems to weird to me , the crittical hit damage like hitting an amorack or engine and doing more damage just is annoying i dont know how to explain but its just so annoying to be fighting and just out of nowhere -1k hp cause somebody got your side/ass the only good thing about this game for me is the grind aint that bad ig? project CW really needs to be changed alot cause the game just right now its kinda shit

WOT has the "Potential" to be good. or much better than its' present state. Fix the RNG, get rid of the need for "RE-ROLL" as in quit punishing players for some random primmer when they first started WOT. Adjust the program so players fight based on ability of tank and real time choices. Not "Bounces, no penetration, etc." And I don't mean when a shell would actually bounce but all the Lame scenarios that we all As WOT Players know to be false. Stop making Russian tanks the best and instead make it about tank data. The propaganda bs is not only see through but insulting. Oooh I know, make a "Russian glass tank" wink wink. A large level of wot players spend a lot of REAL money and should not be penalized for some unfounded stat. To try and make a "New" game is sad. With WG's track record, everyone knows it will just be another cash grab. Players in general need to start effecting the gaming world more with their wallets. They could make WOT great! If they wanted to upgrade the Engine....Awesome. New maps? cool. How about Randomly Generated Maps? Sticking to the old ones like it is some how historic went out the window when they started selling non-historic tank models that NEVER EXISTED in WW1 or WW2 etc. Selling tanks with movie themes? Fine, how about maps from the movies. Not Really just trying to make a point. This new game doesn't even honor the tank. it's almost a tank version of cod etc. Snore. Does anyone really think the same company will some how act differently with a new version? With the constant march of bigger and better GPU's, Screens, chips, etc., players somehow think we need to upgrade the games. Graphically that would be fine. But Re-Making an already good idea? Why? For those that think WOT is too grindy? Come on. Let's just make a game that only requires you to start the game, click on the red button and TADA!!!!! YOU WIN!!!!!!! Nothing to work for, nothing to have any invested interest in. No effort. Just wow. TONS of players Old, Mid, and Young, have spent YEARS playing WOT. That's the attraction it has. They don't need a new game.

Im so sorry to say it but for me its a cheap copy of Armoured Warfare and that game is much better than this in my opinion.Respect Notser!

Still looks like world of tanks, why not make an actual tank game where you are the gunner driver and so on... Like I remember a games called panzer elite... You playing the commander or gunner or driver you could switch between seats .. looking threw sights... You can't tell me things not world of tanks 2.0 ... I looks like the same game just different tanks.
