Has it really! Not particularly, floor pan is done and the shell is on a stand ready to have the welding done on it..

Epoxy, stone chip then 2k black on top

Can you outline what kind of paints you are using? doing a similar process on my bug with the body on as some preventative maintenance.

I don't understand the video. You said you have no compressor so you were hand painting the epoxy primer. Why would you stone chip and then apply 2K paint over the top. How will you apply the 2K paint ?

The stone chip was applied by aerosol unlike on the tvr in our other videos where it was stippled on with a brush. Then we just carefully brush paint the 2k on the top, 2k is much more resistant to petrol and thinners etc whereas single pack paints (including most stone chip) is not. Hope that answers your question 😊
