The achievable plan is agreed upon by the entire team before project execution commences. Execution is focused on monitoring and controlling the project, concentrating on the plan of record (budget, quality metric, performance to schedule). Methods for keeping projects on schedule, including developing a Recovery Plan, are discussed.

You haven't simplified the Gantt chart at all. Your handwriting is so bad that I have a hard time keeping notes and keeping up with the pace of the lesson.

Best to watch and listen first then second time listen and take short hand notes.
