in my humble opinion high noon > project > blood moon > skt > base high noon is overall great, i just love his revolver autoattack sound too much, that "tick" of the bouncing grenade sounds the best out of any other skin, and his ult music sounds like a gunfight from a movie of the wild west is about to start, just great. project has the best efects out of any other skin, atleast in my opinion, the way his gun looks when he ults is easily the best, plus his jacket looks awesome, atleast in my opinion, i just wish it wasnt green, and i love the style of an assassin. blood moon is great for his thematic, people love how its still about being an artist, which is great, the ink particle effects look cool, but they can get boring after a while, atleast for me. the music of his ultimate is the best out of any other skin, with project being close second, but his gun just pales in comparison with project, (seriously, project is great), its still a great skin, just not as good as project in my opinion skt is kinda lame in comparison, because all other skins are so fucking good, but i consider skt an upgrade of his base skin, like if you're playing an rpg, jhin's base skin is level 5 and skt jhin is level 100, the music and sound is almost the same, but with some "breaking glass" sound in his autoattacks, which i love, just not as much as the others.

High noon Jhin is much better, you look like ,,this project is woowww nice effects .." but High noon jhin has a work of art and personality, feels like a western movie hero. And this is more important than just flashy effects like the movies nowdays

As a Jhin main I think all of his skins are beautiful. I just somehow hate people saying that Project Jhin is for dumb kids, I mean if it is then aren't all of the Project skins are for dumb kids as well? I just bought his Project skin and I don't see any flaw to him at all which I'll put him as my most favorite skin other than Blood Moon.
