Thank you for providing the video that gives brief explanation about project management. Learned many important things such as- 1. project is temporary and has a start as well as a end date. 2. project is a set of activities designed to accomplish a well defined unique objective. 3. projects are not only constructional but the one with the unique output is also a project. 4. learned the difference between project and operation. 5. came across the different origins of projects- such as economic changes, stakeholder demands, new technology etc. this information will surely help me to understand my course more briefly. The one thing that I learned from this video how the constraints in managing a project are inter related. If we decrease the time for completing a project, its not only going to impact the quality but also the cost. This Iron Triangle of Project Management is a back bone and being a Project Manager one should be keep this thing in mind.

Stakeholders should be everyone who is affected by the project phases not who is affected by the deliverables, right? e.g. Suppliers are stakeholders but not affected by end result of the product. What do you think?

True, however the other way to look at this is - Is it true 100% of the times that suppliers are not affected by the end project deliverables? Their reputation, their quality of supplied items and feedback?

Hi I am working in an industry and i have 2.5 year of experience. My doubt is.. is it necessary to do PMP certificatiion after having 3 year of experience or after 5 year of experience. Because i am very much intrested and searching daily regarding PMP. My second doubt is ..Can i appear in PMP exam without having its membership/paid course.? Waiting for the response

Hi Anki, you can take up the PMP exam without being its member. You will get a discount if you become a member. To be eligible for the PMP exam, you must have atleast 3 years of project experience.
