Letting the drywall dry is actually a non effort-driven task of 4 days, is it not? Rather than a lag.

What different between driving relationship and driving activity are they same??
@Prof_C
@Prof_C 4 жыл бұрын
Not sure I understand the question. Do you mean the difference between critical and not critical? If so, items on the critical path determine the length of the project and if delayed, will delay the project.

@@Prof_C Hello Christiannson I mean do you know any different between two terminology driving activity and driving relastionship Or they are same?

@@mohammedhusin5784 I have not used these terms before, but from reading they are the same. Sounds like some people would define as those activities who are predecessors for other activities. A more useful way to look at it is: What activities are critical? And what are "Near" critical?, that is those with a very small about of slack (less than 10% of their total length, or whatever percent you what to use.

@@mohammedhusin5784 I don't use that term, but from what I can tell they are the same. I think it is referring to an activity that is a predecessor for other activities. I think a better way to look at a project is to look at critical activities and "near critical" activities. Near critical are those with little slack (less than 5% of their total time, or whatever percentage you want to set as your threshold.). Sorry I was not of more help.
