Conflict Management is one other human resource management knowledge area.
When there are two or more individuals involved in an enterprise, conflicts are likely to happen.

Who -- who will work on specific module or who is more proficient
How - generates low-intensity conflict- how to proceed

I have a query. There is schedule slippage in a project, team leads are arguing with each other and excusing each other for the slippage in a team meeting. Project Manger enter the rooms and started the discussion to find the root cause for the slippage. In above case which conflict management Techniques is used?
