Hi guys, would anyone know what are BID REQUEST TOOLS, and how they are used for different types of vendor? I need this for my college project and I've been looking all over for this info, going crazy...

No clue but I think it may refer to the technology used to elicit bids. That is my guess. It is not a PMI term.

Is bid package is called Tender document in the UK?

Yes. Things of that nature. A tender is in essence the same wheelhouse as a Proposal. Great question. Thanks!

Thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanks alot Mr.Phil , you make my life easy :-) i have a question please, if sub-contractor finish one deliverable then i need to make inspection under the control procurement process, the i will move to another inspection in quality control , and finally to client inspection under validate scope process . this sequence is correct ?

Thanks! That is correct. If ALL the work is from the contractor for one deliverable, you would do one inspection as part of your control procurements. If there are different pieces of work from you and another contractor, then you would need to integrate and test as part of control quality also.
