Let me thank you again for the amazing effort you have put so far , what I can relate as I'm watching this current video of scope management , is the deliverables entity as it passes through multiple processes starting from control quality as an input then it would serves as an input "verified deliverables" for validate scope and finally serves as an input as "accepted deliverables" for the close project or phase. Thank you again for highlighting the logical reasoning behind such entity.

It includes processes like collecting requirements, defining scope, creating a work breakdown structure, and managing changes. Effective scope management is crucial for project success. The 6 steps of scope management 1. Collect Requirements: This is where it is to gather all the necessary information and expectations from stakeholders. 2. Define Scope: To clearly outline the boundaries and deliverables of the project. 3. Create a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS): This step involves breaking down the project into smaller, manageable tasks. 4. Verify Scope: This step ensure that the deliverables meet the specified requirements. 5. Control Scope: This is to monitor and manage any changes or deviations from the original scope. 6. Close Scope: Formally close out the project scope and ensure that all deliverables are completed.

@@rodiongakalo7253 I think you are on an Apple mobile. I did some research on this. You will not see the join button on Apple mobiles. In the description of the video you want to watch, you will see a link to join as a member. You probably have to access the link via a web browser because the JOIN button will not show on Apple mobiles. I tried and I can open from Safari browser on my iPhone.
