Yeah!!! This skirt is a really good look on her. She has a green one of the same that makes her look gorgeous and classy. She took pictures with it in one of her holiday tablescape decoration.

My favourite thing has to be the colour scheme. It really showcased the outdoor theme and Scandinavian Design. I appreciated the cohesiveness and overall warmth of this project.

The whole aesthetics of this home is absolutely gorgeous. The living and kitchen area were my favorite. Love love the mill work. Your dress and stilettos were on point.

Every corner u designed is so awesome and sophisticated..... The finishing of the headboard is too good it gives a very clean look... Kitchen in white and the sofa wow.... Everything is perfect and eye catching....

Hey Karin - I love the psychology and thought process behind the design schemes - every space is different and really needs to be adapted to the people using the space and the purpose of the space. Every space you and the HOB team curate and design blows me away, even though it may not to be to my particular taste or style I still admire and love the finished product. Karin and the rest of the HOB team has done an exceptional job once again. What I really loved about this project was how you brought the outside in. I am absolutely in love with that dark green accent wall. I just completes the space so beautifully. I really loved the tip about the picture frames because it really does make a huge difference as to how you see the actual picture itself. Great work Karin.. you honestly inspire me so much to be a designer like you one day. :)

I just bought a new construction home and I am so excited! It's very white and bright but I'm excited to warm it up with these tips :) Also my boyfriend and I are a young professional couple that loves the outdoors and plants hahaha plus we have three tortoises so I LOVE this green wall in the living/dining! Wow! I have to say I really thought this model home is gorgeous. My style is very traditional, country farmhouse ( I actually live in an 1898 Australian farmhouse) and so was surprised when I fell in love with this home! Congratulations it is superb.

I happen to be decorating a lounge for a friend who is a photographer and wants dark green walls, but a more masculine version. I love the idea of using the same frames for each photo to allow the photos to really standout, thank you! I am due to start studying interior design in September in London. Thank you so much for all your videos and everything you share- being both design and business related, its all very inspiring and really made me all the more excited to start this journey ahead of me :)

I'm loving this home and all of the details. Definitely my aesthetic. My favorite aspect of the home is the flow and how everything is appointed without being pretentious or cookie cutter. I do have a question though. I also own a townhome that has hardwoods on the main level. However, I keep going back and forth about whether I should replace the carpet on the stairs and bedrooms with newer carpet or continuing the hardwoods? Thanks in advance Karin!
